Soon-to-be-Dr. Allan Curran and I are so happy to applaud the graduating students of the University of Prince Edward Island as we wait our turn to enter the academic procession. What a marvelous day: sunshine, brilliant blue sky, the beautiful students and their families; my heart was soaring as I received the honorary degree — and got through the speech. Thank you to my family and friends for the support and congratulations. I think this picture is appropriate, then, because I am clapping for all of YOU who made this day possible for me. Bless you all.
